Shop Policies

Order Processing:

Our typical processing time is 5-7  business days (Monday-Friday).

Returns:

  • We want you to be satisfied with any product you purchase from us. If you are unsatisfied with you purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns or exchanges must be shipped back at the expense of the buyer within 14 days of delivery.
  • If we accidentally ship you the wrong item we will pay for it to be returned to us and after we receive it we will ship the correct item.
  • Orders must be returned in new unused condition.
  • Please carefully repackage and ship back in a bubble mailer for protection.
  • Be sure to include your original packing slip with the return.
  • If your item arrived back to us damaged, due to insufficient packaging, we will not be able to issue you a refund or exchange.
  • Please send us an email us at info@goodeystudio.com with the tracking number so we know it is on its way. 
  • There are no returns on custom items.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for all orders to ship from the time payment is received.

Standard Shipping - domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items that occur during shipping, thank you for understanding. We do everything we can to ensure the mail handlers track and handle your package with care but they are a service we can’t control. If you have a stolen or damaged package you need to file a claim with USPS.

First Class International Shipping - International orders ship via USPS First Class Mail International. Tracking information is not always provided. Delivery is generally 7-14 business days. *Longer during the Covid19 epidemic.*

  • We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may need to pay
  • We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
  • Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.
  • We do not mark packages as a gift.
