Shop Policies

Order Processing:

Our typical processing time is 5-7  business days (Monday-Friday).


  • We want you to be satisfied with any product you purchase from us. If you are unsatisfied with you purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns or exchanges must be shipped back at the expense of the buyer within 14 days of delivery.
  • If we accidentally ship you the wrong item we will pay for it to be returned to us and after we receive it we will ship the correct item.
  • Orders must be returned in new unused condition.
  • Please carefully repackage and ship back in a bubble mailer for protection.
  • Be sure to include your original packing slip with the return.
  • Once we receive your return we will issue you a full refund minus original shipping cost. 
  • If your item arrived back to us damaged, due to insufficient packaging, we will not be able to issue you a refund or exchange.
  • Please send us an email us at with the tracking number so we know it is on its way. 
  • There are no returns on custom items.

Standard Shipping - domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items that occur during shipping, thank you for understanding. We do everything we can to ensure the mail handlers track and handle your package with care but they are a service we can’t control. If you have a stolen or damaged package you need to file a claim with USPS.

International Shipping - Currently we only offer international shipping to Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand. All other countries please purchase through our Etsy shop.
